Forklift Driver / Picker We are seeking to appoint a full time picker to join our growing friendly and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following operations:

- Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices;
- Picking orders;
- Storing and recording goods as instructed;
- Maintaining the accuracy of the in-house inventory system;
- Assisting with regular stock counts and stocktakes;
- Operating forklift truck;
- Cooperating with all members of the team;
- General day-to-day warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong work ethic and initiative as well as punctuality will be well regarded. Driver’s licence is preferred but not essential.

A minimum of 1 year warehouse experience and a current forklift licence are required for this position.

Store persons Reporting to the supervisor, main responsibilities include:

- Packing orders accurately and efficiently;
- Storing and recording goods as instructed;
- Assisting with regular stock counts and stocktakes;
- Operating machinery as required;
- Cooperating with all members of the team;
- General day-to-day warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate(s) will possess good organizational skills, fair communication skills, basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to ready and follow instructions is essential. Strong work ethic and initiative as well as punctuality will be well regarded. Driver’s licence and warehouse experience are preferred but not essential. Both full time and casual positions are available.

Customer Support

Customer Service Representatives Opportunities exist for the successful applicants to experience a diverse working environment.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide excellent customer service via answering customer enquiries via email / phone / in person in a timely manner and to liaising with other departments in regards to customers’ requests.

To be eligible for this role, the successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with excellent verbal and written English, and good presentation with a friendly personality. The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, hardworking & motivated to achieve a high standard of work. The abilities to work as part of a team & without supervision as well as to work with computers are a must. Previous telephone & customer service experience preferred but not essential.

Technical Support

Technical Support Representative A motivated self-starter is required to fill this position in our busy Technical Support Department. The successful candidate will be involved in the following operations:

- Responding to customer requests via email / phone / in person;
- Testing of products;
- Arranging returns of faulty products with customers;
- Organizing returns of faulty products with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with computers and have excellent verbal and written English as well as communication skills. Strong work ethic and initiative as well as punctuality will be well regarded. Driver’s licence and customer service experience are preferred but not essential.
