Bidders have to read and agree all of the Warranty, Return and Refund Policy from Apus Auction Express before bidding.

The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 14 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, high-bidder will be consider as NON-PAY buyer.

Item will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
No change of delivery address can be made after payment is confirmed.
Items cannot be combined after payment has been made.
Proof of payment have to be provided before delivery.

After the date of payment confirmed, please allow up to 14 working days for the dispatch process.
Delivery hours between 9am to 5pm only. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.
